AN OASIS OF TRANQUILITY.
Casa Admar is a charming 6-bedroom property, completely renovated and refurbished in 2022, located next to the picturesque white village of Sayalonga. It is a real oasis of peace and tranquility that will offer you breathtaking views of the mountains of Andalusia, allowing you to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in Spain.
The property is the last house on the road, which greatly contributes to the private feel that awaits you here. It is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden which is embellished with a wide variety of trees, palms and flowers.
Casa Admar can accommodate up to 12 people. If you are traveling with little ones, they will be well taken care of. The house has a cot, a high chair, a small bath, and a potty. There’s plenty to do for the kids (and adults!), we provide board games and a few pool games, so you can start your vacation as soon as you arrive.
The house offers privacy in a unique and preserved environment. Free Wi-Fi is available in the villa.
Casa Admar is a ‘Casa Rural’, a holiday villa registered with the Junta de Andalucia, registration number VTAR/MA/03765.
The Garden & The Pool.
The villa has a large 8*4 meter swimming pool overlooking the valley and offering breathtaking views. It has sufficient sun-loungers to enjoy a relaxing day by the pool. There is an outdoor shower for your convenience.
The outdoor kitchen includes a BBQ working on gaz, large enough to cater for all your guests.
The living room & Kitchen.
The main house has a bright living/dining room with a fireplace, a large dining table for 12 people, comfortable sofas and a TV with Netflix and Disney+ access. It also is equipped with Google Home audio devices with Spotify access to enjoy your favourite tunes.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A large fridge and a large freezer are at your disposal.
The Guest-house has a small living room equipped with a sofa and TV to enjoy some quality quiet-time while soaking up the amazing views.
The Rooms.
The main house has four spacious bedrooms with large beds (either king or queen-size). One of the bedrooms has it’s own en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have access to two other bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a large shower.
An additional 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, one with two single beds) and 1 bathroom (equipped with a large walk-in shower) are located in the Guesthouse. These rooms offer some additional privacy as they are located in a separate building which also has its own living room.
